What to know about moving in Vancouver
Condo and tower moves. Most downtown, West End and Olympic Village buildings need a booked service elevator and a set move window. Tell us your strata's rules and we'll arrive on time with pads and floor protection.
Older homes and character houses. Mount Pleasant, Kitsilano and East Van homes often have narrow stairs and front steps. We wrap furniture, take doors off hinges where needed and carry carefully.
Parking. Many streets are permit-only or have short loading zones. If a temporary parking permit is needed, we'll let you know ahead of time.
